MEGUIARS KENYA RETURNS POLICY

In the event that you need to return an item, here are details to consider:

1. You can return an item up to 7 days after you purchased it.

2. Products must be in NEW and UNUSED condition

3. You will receive a full refund for the product within 10 business days from the time your return is received. Refunds will be sent to your M-PESA account used to make the original purchase. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

4. Any delivery problems (e.g., missing, damaged or incorrect items) must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your package.

5. To return your product, please fill out the Product Return Form provided and include with your return.
