We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil your orders in a timely manner. However, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates and are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery fees and any applicable taxes or customs duties will be added to your order at checkout.
7. Returns Policy
Goods once sold are not returnable. Any damaged product MUST be reported within 24hrs of receiving your package as follows:
- Send an image of the damaged product to WhatsApp number 0788 666 666.
- Call the same number for further guidance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or the purchase or use of any products from our website.
